Sareidah - made her debut performance in 2001 with the Swedish Radio Symphony as the soloist in the Carl Nielsen Flute Concerto. She has extensive experience both as an orchestral and a chamber flutist. She is particularly drawn to the latter role where she meets challenges in both traditional and more adventuresome contexts.
Joakim - was trained at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Stockholm, and the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki. He belongs to a new generation of classical guitarists that cultivates versatility in chamber music, and is particularly interested in working with vocalists and in orchestral situations. He also plays the mandolin, banjo, and electric guitar, moving freely among different genres.
”After having played the Tango Suite myself on numerous occasions and listened to maybe 30 recordings and recitals, I was impressed and pleasantly surprised by all the new approaches brought to it by the Haga Duo. It was like hearing the piece for the first time - again!”
